Tennessee Valley Author Event: Spotlight, Interview and Giveaway: Christy Dilg

With the Tennessee Valley Author Event looming 1 day away, I'm spotlighting the final author in the event! For those of you who can come to the event, this is a great way to get to know a little bit about each of the attending authors ... and for those of you too far away to come, this is a chance to discover new authors and new books that just might be right up your alley! And so, without further ado:

Brandi Kennedy: Christy Dilg, welcome to my blog!

Christy Dilg: Hi! Thank you so much for shining the spotlight down on me. Hehe.

Brandi Kennedy: Why don't you tell my readers a little bit about yourself?

Christy Dilg: I stink at talking about myself. Let's see ... I am married and have a teenaged daughter. I work full-time at my local hospital. I am a cake decorator and photographer when I feel like I need to branch out of my day to day life. Um ... yeah so that about sums me up.

Brandi Kennedy: I know that TNVAE is not your first signing event - you participated in an event in Georgia earlier this year. What is it like for you, prepping for an event of this size?

Christy Dilg: I am scared beyond words. More like I don't want to look like an idiot with not fans and no one even interested in my work. Some people say, "That's stupid," but really it is reality. So many amazing authors and their work will be there so basically I feel like, is my story interesting enough to peak a reader's interest, or will they stick with the ones they know?

Brandi Kennedy: How many titles do you expect to have available by the time of the event?

Christy Dilg: For sure? Forbidden Forever, but I'm hoping Forbidden No More will be there as well.

Brandi Kennedy: That sounds great! And will you be bringing both books to the event, if Forbidden No More is finished in time?

Christy Dilg: Yes, they are part of a series, and if book 2 is complete then they both will be there.

Brandi Kennedy: I'm looking forward to seeing them. In the meantime, is there a way for fans to contact you, if they won't be able to attend the event but would like to order books anyway?

Christy Dilg: Christy.Dilg@gmail.com. Also, you can order on my website.

Brandi Kennedy: That's great! What other forms of social media can readers use to follow you and your writing?

Christy Dilg: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and my blog.

Brandi Kennedy: Well, I'm really looking forward to meeting you at the Tennessee Valley Author Event, Christy. Thanks so much for taking the time to answer my questions today.

Christy Dilg: Thank you for having me and I can't wait for TNVAE! I have met some amazing people and I can't wait to put voices to the faces.

Alright, readers, there you have it! Christy Dilg!
If you'd like to order Christy's work, she's available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Smashwords.
And now, due to the generosity of our guest, a giveaway!
