But I'm exhausted because I've also had personal life things going on, some of which took over recently and stopped me from enjoying the mental health "off" day I had planned to take this past Monday.
So I'm taking it today instead. I'm taking time for me, to rest and recharge, to catch up on sleep and read a book, to watch TV and shave my legs and put some lotion on. To listen to music, or to silence. To pet my dog.
Today? It's wellness Wednesday.
